We're looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst who is eager to help us define the vision and strategy for what QA should look like at Zymewire.

We use machine learning to interpret the digital river of information that pours out from all corners of the web, and then we package it up so that it can be easily searched and analysed. Our current SaaS solution, built on that river, is the ultimate smart digital assistant for busy sales professionals.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Zymewire, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Be celebrated as an individual on a small team that encourages varied perspectives
  • Work with a team of skilled engineers to ensure the highest product quality, on-time delivery and that standard QA practices are adhered to
  • Design comprehensive test plans for Web-based applications and mobile apps
  • Liaise with product manager, developers, and client-facing stakeholders to help determine testing requirements and assess risks
  • Work with developers to create automated testing plans to verify functionality
  • Specify the functional requirements for all projects
  • Work with a team of skilled engineers to ensure the highest product quality, on-time delivery and that standard QA practices are adhered to

What we’d love to see in your history:

  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise of software/application QA methodologies and strategies, tools, processes, best practices, and the ability to operate within short release cycles.
  • Experience working within a iterative software development and Agile environment
  • Evidence of setting vision, strategy and implementing processes accordingly
  • A sense of curiosity for understanding user behaviour and patterns
  • Evidence of establishing great relationships with other teammates
  • Experience testing for web and mobile applications
  • Fluency in English

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Familiarity with Bug tracking software
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • A willingness to invest time learning new tools and technologies
